  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs in warehouse.

  • Manage receiving, inventory control, procurement, and logistics.
  • Document packing slips and purchase orders in ERP.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders; follow up on late orders.
  • Collaborate with production, receiving, and finance teams.
  • Assist with vendor communications and sourcing tasks.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage receiving, inventory control, procurement, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document packing slips and purchase orders in ERP (Acumatica preferred).
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records and labeling.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders; follow up on late orders and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Support inbound/outbound logistics including small packages, LTLs, and oversized loads.
  • Collaborate with production, receiving, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with vendor communications and sourcing tasks.
  • Provide backup support during peak demand or staff absences.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or receiving.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing.
  • ERP system experience (Acumatica preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital documentation.
  • Forklift/material handling equipment experience (certification preferred).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse/manufacturing settings.
