Job Description

About the team:
Responsible for daily operations of receiving/shipping team, preparation, and execution of all required documentation for production delivery and/or incoming goods to 3PL Warehouse, efficient and undisturbed collaboration with internal/external warehouse, suppliers, and internal/external customers. This position is open across the second and third shifts.

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Coordinate receiving/shipping operations with, but not limited to, 3PL Warehouse, logistics team members, material planners, purchasing teams, quality teams, maintenance, and manufacturing.
• Support receiving/shipping team’s tasks and obligations in compliance with Company’s priorities.
• Enforce all safety requirements related to, but not limited to, receiving/shipping operations as well as oversee 5S activities.
• Maintain correct records maintenance and documents flow (both electronic and hard copies) related to receiving/shipping operations including reporting damaged goods receiving, repack restraints, delivery shortages, and material returns to 3PL Warehouse etc. according to established system.
• Responsible to inform onsite supervisor of any issues with personnel, processes, etc.in a timely manner.
• Responsible for retrieving data or correspondence from files as requested within a 24-hour time frame. Update system on daily shift results to communicate with other shifts.
• Coordinate with Production and 3PL Warehouse on sequencing material to the plant.
• Coordinate with Supplier Logistics for carrier arrangements for HOT Parts based each individual need supporting 3PL Warehouse.
• Track JIT arrival from 3PL to plant, Communicate with Logistics and Production on delays of material arrival and incorrect delivery.
• Coordinate with Customer Logistics and Production on required BOMs and line sequencing for outbound shipments.
• Support Quality release request for material requirements for production.
• Coordinate with ALL internal customers for small parts/MRO shipments.
• Route received goods to proper locations or departments in accordance with Company’s demands and priorities physically and systematically.
• Comply with all company and IATF-16949 policies and procedures.
• Other duties as it relates to this position instructed by the Supervisor.

Your profile as Supply Chain Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• 2-4 + years of related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of transportation/freight management processes and procedures.
