Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support our purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience working with vendors, purchasing systems, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders from request through receipt.
• Work directly with vendors to request quotes, negotiate pricing, place orders, and follow up on delays or shortages.
• Manage purchasing activities based on lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), reorder points, and safety stock requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Resolve receiving, quantity, pricing, quality, shipping, and vendor discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records within the ERP/MRP system.
• Use Excel for purchasing, inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with Production, Accounting, vendors, and management to ensure purchasing and inventory needs are met.
• Document purchasing and logistics processes to ensure consistency and continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory, and logistics processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; Odoo experience is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, purchase orders, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
