Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator for their manufacturing facility in East Longmeadow MA. The position is full-time temporary for at least 3-4 months with possible extension.

Salary: $20.00 per hour (40 hour week)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels, track the status of purchase orders and deliveries, and identify potential delays or shortages.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments (e.g., purchasing, production, warehouse) to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Take proactive steps to expedite the movement of critical materials, such as contacting suppliers for faster shipping or arranging for alternate transportation.
• Verify the accuracy of material received, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to material delivery, such as damaged goods, missing parts, or incorrect shipments.
• Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties regarding the status of materials and any potential issues.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems: Proficiency in using software for tracking inventory levels, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to material delivery and inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
