Job summary

Qnity is expanding its global supply chain team and seeks a Supply Chain Contract Manager who can lead supplier negotiations and contract management. You will partner with procurement, operations, finance, and legal to optimize cost, quality, and delivery across a diverse supplier base.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or contract management, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Support business transformation initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Prepare recommendations and presentations that support business and sourcing decisions.

Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Supply Chain Contract Manager to support strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations across our global supply chain network. This role combines supply chain expertise, commercial acumen, and business process improvement to help ensure supplier performance, supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating supplier contracts, managing supply chain initiatives, and collaborating across multiple business functions to drive results. This position offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, optimize supplier partnerships, and support mission‑critical operations across our organization.

This role will require up to 50% travel.
