Lindt in Stratham, New Hampshire, seeks a Supply Chain Compliance Intern to support the Customer Service and Finance teams. You will review customer infractions, initiate disputes for repayment, and help document improvements across key supply chain processes.

The twelve-week Lindtternship includes mentorship, career development workshops, and networking events to grow practical skills and industry exposure.

Competenze

• Be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited University Degree Program - Preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Prior internship and/or project-focused process and results-oriented positions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in teams and complete projects on schedule.

Mansioni

• Assist Compliance Reporting and Analysis: enhance and refine reporting systems, analyze performance trends, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify automation opportunities with BI/reporting teams and implement automated solutions.
• Support optimization of existing business reporting and maintain relevance and utility of outputs.
