Day to Day:

• Support inventory optimization initiatives, perpetual inventory programs, and point-of-use inventory management across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate product conversions, new product introductions, and inventory standardization projects.
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Track project milestones, implementation timelines, risks, and action items while communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and project documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, clinical departments, IT teams, and leadership to ensure successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
• Assist with training, change management, and user adoption efforts related to new processes, systems, and inventory technologies.
