Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field Required
• 3 years of healthcare supply chain experience Required
• Experience supporting inventory management systems, ERP platforms, perpetual inventory systems, point-of-use inventory management, or healthcare supply chain technologies Preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site implementations, operational projects, or process improvement initiatives Preferred
• Healthcare supply chain experience Preferred
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, presentations, project documentation, and executive communications. Project management experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Supply Chain operational and strategic initiatives across the Piedmont Healthcare enterprise.
• Serve as a project coordinator and operational resource for supply chain transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

This position coordinates and supports Supply Chain operational and strategic initiatives across the Piedmont Healthcare enterprise. This role serves as a project coordinator and operational resource for supply chain transformation efforts, including inventory management programs, perpetual inventory systems, point-of-use inventory initiatives, distribution optimization, product conversions, facility onboarding, and process improvement projects.The position partners with Supply Chain leaders, facility leadership, clinical stakeholders, information technology teams, finance teams, and vendors to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and sustainment of supply chain projects and operational initiatives. The Business Coordinator maintains a detailed understanding of healthcare supply chain practices, inventory management methodologies, perpetual inventory systems, and supply chain technologies to ensure successful project execution and operational outcomes.This role provides analytical support, project tracking, reporting, communication, training coordination, and on-site implementation assistance throughout the Piedmont Healthcare enterprise while supporting the organization's commitment to operational excellence, inventory optimization, customer engagement, and continuous improvement. This role builds upon the existing Business Coordinator responsibilities involving coordination of supply chain initiatives, customer support, product conversions, stakeholder engagement, and operational support.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field Required

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain operations, inventory management, project coordination, business analysis, operational improvement initiatives, or a related field Required
• Experience supporting inventory management systems, ERP platforms, perpetual inventory systems, point-of-use inventory management, or healthcare supply chain technologies Preferred
• Experience supporting multi-site implementations, operational projects, or process improvement initiatives Preferred
• Healthcare supply chain experience Preferred
