Job summary

Elevait Solutions in Hickory, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to analyze manufacturing and supply chain operations, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvement projects.

You will build and maintain reports for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams; support packaging and warehouse processes; and collaborate on cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements. Strong Excel/Access skills and project management are essential.

• Support new system implementation projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain department.
• Benchmark internal and external processes to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do

What We Need From You

• Strong analytical skills — you can dig into data, spot the problem, and explain what needs to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working across engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
• High school diploma required
• Flexibility on hours — schedule is Monday–Friday but may shift based on business needs
  
  

Bonus

• 2–5 years of supply chain experience — degree in supply chain or APICS certification is a plus
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/MES systems
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Green Belt certification
• Familiarity with cable products, materials, or manufacturing processes

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM standard schedule; hours may shift to 6:00 AM–2:00 PM based on business needs
• Role includes a mix of day-to-day analytical support and project-based work
