Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to act as the engineering resource for our distribution network, providing leadership on initiatives that scale our supply chain operations. You will partner with distribution center leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to evaluate needs and integrate new processes and technologies.

You will apply engineering principles and data-driven analysis to support operational decisions and prepare our network for growth and automation,

Qualifications

• Experience developing engineered labor standards using time studies and observations.
• Strong data analytics skills to support operational decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards across distribution centers.
• Review labor standards to reflect current methods and equipment.
• Lead engineering activities for warehouse automation and capital projects.
• Coordinate implementation activities between stakeholders, vendors, and operations.
• Develop schedules, monitor milestones, and report status to leadership.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation and performance reports.
