Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Supply Chain & Vendor Compliance Analyst to coordinate inbound international freight, audit cost data, and resolve shipping and invoice discrepancies. You will partner with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, Private Label Developers, the Buying team, Accounting, Logistics, and Distribution Center teams to ensure accurate merchandise costs and timely movement of goods.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain, Planning, Buying, Allocation, Vendor Compliance, or a related function.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and communicate the status of inbound domestic and international shipments.
• Partner with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to support timely delivery and receipt of merchandise.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation providers, and other supply chain partners.
• Identify, recommend, and support cost-saving initiatives related to freight, transportation, vendor compliance, and inventory management.
• Review domestic and international KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
