Job summary

Walmart's Supply Chain Engineering team seeks an Automation Engineer to advance automation solutions across distribution and manufacturing functions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Automation Engineering, with on-site presence (part-time option) and travel about 25%.

You will lead and manage projects through all phases of the lifecycle and develop automation systems to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in supply chain design or distribution.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation and/or materials management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
• Data analysis experience, creation of dashboards and/or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Manager, Automation Engineering.
• On-site presence (part-time option); expected travel 25%.
• Lead and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
