Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Associate at our Ephrata branch. You will manage branch inventory, administer procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions, and support customer orders to drive their business success.

Based in Ephrata, PA, you will join a team that values initiative, accuracy, and teamwork. On-the-job training will be provided, with potential for a flexible schedule after onboarding, and a path to growth within a Fortune 500 distributor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing or related field or relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels.
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management.
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product.
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs.
• Supporting accounts receivable activities.
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
