Supply Chain Associate

Location: UTSLC Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where every day offers new opportunities to excel in supply chain operations. Your role will include managing inventory and supporting business-to-business operations through procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions to meet customer needs and drive business success. This position is based at our Salt Lake City branch and may offer flexible scheduling after onboarding, training, and performance milestones.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch inventory levels
• Handle procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimate and quote prices, source products
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Support accounts receivable activities
• Make deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet our driving record requirements
• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or have relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with computers
• Motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Organized with good planning and prioritization skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)
