Partner with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and proactively address potential delays

Track, maintain, and update material status within internal systems to ensure data accuracy

Generate, submit, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company processes

Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, and issue resolution

Work closely with planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain material availability

Identify supply chain risks, shortages, or disruptions and escalade concerns appropriately

Support daily procurement and material management activities in a fast-paced environment

Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory updates

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance supply chain performance

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree required

2 years of professional experience, ideally within supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field
