You will own strategic sourcing for assigned programs, manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and work cross-functionally with program management, operations, and engineering to deliver on time

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience required.
• 7+ years of sourcing/procurement in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with electronic components or high-tech products preferred.
• Strong supplier management and inventory control.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain and procurement contact for assigned customer programs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery, and risk
• Manage supplier relationships, delivery commitments, and material availability to support production schedules
• Drive purchase order management, backlog analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Identify alternate suppliers and sourcing solutions to mitigate shortages and supply chain disruptions
• Partner cross-functionally with program management, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve customer delivery and revenue objectives

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience within manufacturing environments
• Customer facing experience REQUIRED
• Experience supporting electronic components, EMS, contract manufacturing, or high-tech products strongly preferred
• Strong background in supplier management, material planning, and inventory control
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with a metrics-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and customer demands
