Job summary

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Supply Chain Assistant for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Washington, MO. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2

As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will support the order and fulfillment process, coordinating with operations, management, and procurement. SAP experience and Microsoft 365 proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a production shipping role.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and print work orders.
• Audit work orders prior to release to production floor.
• Order entry of all sales and change orders into SAP in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all work orders are scanned onto the network.
• Accurately prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

As a member of the Supply Chain team, this position will be responsible for providing superior service throughout the entire order and fulfillment process. The Supply Chain Assistant effectively communicates with members of various departments, such as operations, supply chain, management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and print work orders
• Audit work orders prior to the release to the production floor
• Order entry of all sales and change orders into SAP in a timely fashion
• Ensure all work orders are scanned onto the network
• Accurately prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing shipments
• Assist the supply chain manager in planning and organizing the distribution of goods
• Other duties as assigned

Primary Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production shipping role required, supply chain experience preferred
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
