Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to support the order and fulfillment cycle at its Washington, Missouri site. The role is 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a 12+ month duration and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations, procurement, and other teams to ensure timely deliveries. Strong organizational skills, ERP familiarity (SAP or similar), and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are required, plus the ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Summary

As a member of the Supply Chain team this position will be responsible for providing superior service throughout the entire order and fulfillment process. The Supply Chain Assistant must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Supply Chain Assistant effectively communicates with members of various departments, such as operations, supply chain, management, procurement, etc.

• Highly organized and efficient in time management
• Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP System
• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft 365
• Ability to perform well without close supervision
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records
• Clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to maintain a proactive approach to anticipated issues and conflicts
• Ability to work under stressful situations and time pressures
• A high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Qualifications And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production shipping role required, supply chain experience preferred
