Qualifications

• Supervise Associates and manage daily distribution center operations.
• Coach, counsel, train and discipline Associates to improve performance and policy compliance.
• Ensure attendance at required trainings and cross-training with 100% compliance.
• Schedule trainers for new hire orientation and on-the-job training.
• Communicate company values, strategies, objectives, and accountabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, productive relationships with Associates and teams.
• Plan and monitor performance, and manage results against targets.
• Investigate incidents, document reports, and coordinate corrective actions with HR.
• Manage staff attendance, vacations, and leave records.
• Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency and safety.
• Schedule Associates and resources to meet daily and weekly production plans.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and that Associates are trained and certified to operate equipment.
• Lead special projects and foster openness to new ideas for process improvements.
