Job summary

Haddad Brands in New York is seeking a Supply Chain and Production Assistant to support the buying team by tracking and updating delivery information in the system.

You will coordinate with overseas offices, inform the sales team of delays, review USA bookings, assist the sourcing and sales teams with tracking orders, and help manage invoices and shortages while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist overseas offices to update the system on all upcoming shipments.
• Communicate all delivery delays to the sales team and ensure the system is updated.
• Review all USA bookings to establish priorities for assigning containers.
• Assist the sourcing and sales teams with tracking orders.
• Communicate all invoices with the import department.
• Communicate all shortages and overages.
• Special projects as assigned.

Overview:

The Supply Chain and Production Assistant will support the buying team, along with the Sourcing Manager, by tracking and updating all delivery information in the system.

Key Accountabilities:
