Job summary

Haddad Organization Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Planner to support the Planning team with monthly forecasts and account analysis by brand.

The role involves generating weekly sales reports, compiling performance data, and applying analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities. You will work with Planning and Sales teams, assist in pre/post seasonal planning, and help maintain financial information to support merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field.
• Prior Internship and/or related experience in planning and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly sales reports configuring data and troubleshooting.
• Compile historical financial information on product performance.
• Develop and apply analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth at all levels, which include brand, size range, category, style, color and location.
• Assist in Pre/Post Seasonal Planning for specified accounts.
• Assist in maintaining and actualizing financial information to support departmental merchandise strategies.
• Work closely with both Planning and Sales teams on gathering all relevant data for meetings with accounts and participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Special projects as assigned.

Overview:
