Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst to coordinate the flow of work and materials according to production schedules. You will analyze product categories for symptoms, identify root causes, and work with internal teams, HQ and factories to implement corrective actions.

The role involves KPI monitoring, VOC review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math or business-related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and test Home Appliance Product Categories to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct KPI analysis and monitoring to track performance.
• Review VOC/escalations from the field and coordinate with HQ and factories.
