Job summary

ATALCO Gramercy, the sole US alumina refinery, seeks a Supply Chain Planning & Performance Supervisor to lead analytics, forecasting, and BI across sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics in Gramercy and Jamaica.

You will build KPI dashboards in Power BI, develop predictive models, support S&OP, and drive cost optimization, working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of analytics, reporting, and BI capabilities.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis for performance gaps.
• Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
