Job summary

ATALCO Gramercy is hiring an Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy, stocking strategy, and data integrity for the Gramercy refinery. You will analyze inventory levels, maintain item master data, and manage cycle counts to minimize excess while ensuring operational readiness.

The role collaborates with Warehouse, Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, Procurement and Finance to ensure critical spares are available and stocking decisions are data-driven.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory analysis and supply chain analytics.
• Experience managing MRO, spare parts, and consumable inventories in industrial settings.
• Experience administering cycle counts and resolving variances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouses and satellite storerooms.
• Own cycle count program, schedules, and variance root-cause analysis.
• Analyze consumption history to set min/max, reorder points and safety stock.
• Develop inventory reporting and dashboards in Excel and ERP.
