Job summary

ATALCO Gramercy is seeking an experienced Expeditor & Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, supplier performance, transportation, importation, and material delivery across the organization. You will ensure on-time delivery, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and maintain clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in expediting, logistics, transportation, procurement support, or materials management.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Experience with customs brokers and import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Expedite POs, contracts and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier schedules, lead times, and delivery dates.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure timely customs clearance of imported goods.
• Maintain detailed shipment status reports and KPIs.
