Job summary

Bayer’s Supply Chain Management Intern role in Whippany, NJ provides hands-on experience across cross-functional teams, data analysis tools, and real-world process-improvement projects within the Consumer Health division.

You will support forecasting, inventory and change management, and help deploy digital tools like RPA, gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations while collaborating with Bayer Healthcare US and global teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in SCM, Data Science or related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of a Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience with data analysis using PowerBI, Tableau, AWS Snowflake/ODBC.
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Interest in SCM processes such as inventory management and change management.
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-functional teams to solve supply chain issues.
• Review data inputs and identify levers to improve processes.
• Support forecasting for item-specific SKUs and SCM processes.
• Assist deployment of digital tools, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Extract and analyze data for end-to-end supply chain insights.
• Partner with internal and external customers to meet project objectives.
