Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Management Co-Op in Whippany, NJ. You will join cross-functional teams to tackle supply chain challenges, analyze data, and help optimize forecasting and inventory management.

You will work with digital tools, including RPA and data platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau, while collaborating with internal and external partners to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in SCM, Data Science, or a technical field.
• Must have completed at least 1 year of a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with data analysis tools: PowerBI, Tableau, AWS Snowflake/ODBC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Interest in SCM processes such as inventory management and change management.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel Pivot Tables.
• Good communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain issues.
• Review data inputs and identify levers to improve processes.
• Support forecasting and SKU-level supply chain analysis.
• Facilitate problem resolution during development to meet customer needs.
• Assist deployment of digital tools like RPA to digitize operations.
• Analyze datasets to derive end-to-end supply chain insights.
• Partner with internal and external customers to meet project goals.
