You will support the Supply Chain and Operations teams by building and maintaining reports, analyzing POS data, and helping ensure inventory accuracy and store-level execution. This paid internship runs May 17 through August 13, 2027, is local to Fort Wayne, and offers hands-on experience with supply‑chain analytics, BI tools, and cross‑functional collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Interest in business systems, data reporting, and retail operations.
• Ability to organize and analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards using company business systems and reporting tools.
• Analyze Point-of-Sale (POS) data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improving supply chain performance.
• Support daily POS system operations across the distribution network, including monitoring data flows and escalating system concerns when necessary.
• Help ensure accurate sales, inventory, and transaction data integration between POS systems and supply chain platforms.
• Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations teams to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and system workflows to improve team knowledge and continuity.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis related to inventory management, demand trends, and store performance.
• Support testing and validation of system updates or new reporting features.
