Job summary

Vertex is seeking a Supply Change Analytics & Insights Manager to join the SCORE team. This role will partner with supply chain stakeholders across all disease areas to understand reporting needs, define meaningful metrics, and deliver scalable reports and dashboards that support effective decision-making and improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline (supply chain or industrial operations).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Standardize reporting practices, metric governance, and analytics approaches.
• Identify data quality, governance, or integration issues affecting reporting accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics with actionable insights.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports including inventory accuracy and E&O.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to content, tools, delivery methods, and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, ExM, Quality, DTE, BAR to align KPIs and data sources.
• Partner with BAR to design scalable dashboard/reporting solutions.
• Work with DTE to ensure data integrity and system capabilities.
• Support a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing.
