Pharmavite seeks an experienced Supply Chain Business Analytics Manager to define analytics strategy for Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics. Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence with multi-year Data Strategy/CoE experience
• Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one major BI platform (Tableau/Power BI)
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts, cloud data architectures (ETL/Data Warehouse), and statistical methods
• Scripting in Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from ERP systems
• Experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, Oracle preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and build capability across the Supply Chain analytics organization
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools by embedding insights into operating rhythms
• Lead and develop analytics professionals with clear priorities, standards, and career paths
• Develop reporting/analytics roadmap aligned to supply chain objectives including predictive insights
• Design AI-enabled dashboards, KPIs, and decision tools for weekly/monthly S&OE cycles
• Translate demand, supply, inventory signals into actionable planning insights for S&OE
• Partner with leaders to identify and deliver high-value analytics use cases
• Define success metrics and track business impact of analytics solutions
• Improve visibility to freight, warehousing, distribution, and cost-to-serve performance
• Identify logistics cost drivers and opportunities to optimize network
