Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking a Data Analyst for its Supply Chain Analytics team in Arizona, with hybrid work options from Phoenix or Flagstaff.

You will deliver data-driven insights, build visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable informed decisions and business outcomes. The role requires 2+ years in data analytics, strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Python/SQL plus Excel and other Office tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years relevant data analytics experience.
Knowledge of data analytics and its application to manufacturing and supply chain.
Functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain.
Experience building data pipelines or integrations (ETL).
Proficiency with analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and O365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Develop clear data analyses, visualizations, and stories identifying trends and issues to drive action.
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
Define and maintain KPIs for manufacturing and supply chain performance.
Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive/prescriptive models.
Leverage supply chain knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
Advance best practices for business intelligence and data analytics tools.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders.
