is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Supply Chain Analytics team. The role supports Enablement and multiple supply chain teams to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decisions, located in Phoenix or Flagstaff with a potential hybrid work setup. The analyst will develop data analyses, KPIs, and models, collaborate cross-functionally, and advance BI practices to drive manufacturing and supply chain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business or related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of 2 years relevant data analytics experience
• Knowledge of data analytics and ability to apply this knowledge to manufacturing and supply chain
• Functional knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain
• Experience building data pipelines or integrations to provide data to applications, including ETL tools or applications
• Proficiency with analytics software (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) and O365 Applications (Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated history as an effective team member
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Develop clear data analyses, visualizations, and stories that identify trends and issues, drive action and produce business outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions across data storage, retrieval, cleansing, analysis, visualization and storytelling
• Define, develop, and maintain measurement of KPIs of manufacturing and supply chain performance
• Conduct statistical analyses and build predictive and prescriptive models to support data-driven decision making
• Leverage supply chain knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
• Advance best practices for use of business intelligence and other data analytics tools
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders
