We are looking for a dynamic, analytically driven Supply Chain Analytics & Planning Manager to support our global supply chain transformation. This role involves cross-functional projects, data analysis, modeling, and supporting SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and SOE (Sales & Operations Execution) processes, including demand planning and forecasting oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and technical skills to enhance decision-making across demand planning, inventory, logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time supply chain KPIs
  • Analyze data related to demand, supply, inventory, and transportation to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the implementation and management of SIOP/SOE processes, including calendar and data preparation
  • Lead cross-functional projects such as cost savings, sourcing transitions, and footprint studies
  • Collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement, and finance to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and cost-to-serve
  • Standardize data collection and align metrics across systems and teams
  • Coordinate with IT on system upgrades and analytics tools
  • Provide executive summaries and business cases for leadership and board updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or analytics roles
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar
  • Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes and supply chain KPIs
  • Ability to lead projects and influence across levels
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strategic thinking and critical analysis skills
