What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the management of system-wide contract-related information, compliance, and financial analysis
• Conduct data analytics for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics and dashboards
• Analyze contract utilization and proposal data, formulating recommendations for negotiations and compliance
• Create reports, charts, and graphs from various data sources to facilitate discussions with leadership
• Utilize data mining tools to build and maintain databases and auto-generating reports
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of analytics and reporting experience, preferably in a materials management or operations environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time and multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated customer focus with experience in maintaining communication and feedback channels
• Ability to quickly understand the organization’s business imperatives and reporting needs
