What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage system-wide contract-related information, compliance, and financial analysis
- Conduct data analytics for daily, monthly, and annual operating metrics and dashboards
- Support negotiations and monitor compliance for system-wide contracts
- Create detailed reports, charts, and graphs to facilitate discussions with decision-making bodies
- Utilize data mining tools to create and manage databases of information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of analytics and reporting experience, preferably in materials management or operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Proven track record of customer focus and maintaining communication channels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing business priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on Procurement and Accounts Payable modules
- Proficiency with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transaction sets relevant to Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
- Oracle certifications in relevant ERP modules or functions
