Job summary

Kendal Nutricare is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to own day-to-day NA supply chain coordination, managing inbound/outbound activities from the UK and Europe. You’ll work with freight partners, co-packers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation.

You will monitor shipments, optimise inventory, and analyse data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement across logistics and fulfilment. This role supports the Head of North America and NA growth projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or operations, ideally within CPG/FMCG, food or manufacturing.
• Experience managing international imports and working with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping documentation.
• Experience with inventory management and customer order fulfilment.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS or supply chain management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day imports from Kendal and European co-packers into the USA.
• Coordinate freight partners, warehouses and other logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage customs documentation and clearance requirements.
• Monitor inbound shipments and resolve delivery, quality and receiving discrepancies.
• Raise and manage claims for missing or damaged goods.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and collections while ensuring FIFO procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock variances.
• Prepare and manage shipping, customs and customer documentation.
• Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs, including OTIF and inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with customers to resolve logistics and delivery issues.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, inventory and fulfilment.
• Provide supply chain analysis and support to the Head of North America.
• Contribute to projects supporting the continued growth of the North American business

The role:

As Supply Chain Analyst, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound supply chain activities across North America. You will manage international shipments from the UK and Europe, coordinate with freight and warehouse partners, support inventory management and ensure our customers receive their products accurately and on time.

You will work closely with internal teams, customers, co-packers, freight partners, customs agents and other external stakeholders, acting as a key link across the supply chain
