Job summary

Paycom in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to independently oversee suppliers and service parts to ensure product availability while maintaining inventory and service level targets.

You will identify supply risks, resolve supplier-related issues, and work cross-functionally to ensure continuity of supply. The role emphasizes supplier management, RFQs, and accurate processing of inventory transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business-related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, inventory planning, materials management, purchasing, demand planning, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing suppliers, inventory, purchase orders, and/or material availability.
• Experience analyzing demand, inventory levels, lead time, supply constraints, and developing corrective actions.
• Automatic, OEM, or service-parts supply chain experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within an ERP/MRP environment; SAP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees inventory and supply planning for assigned suppliers and parts, analyzing inventory levels and lead times to identify shortages and risks.
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and other commercial terms; supports new model provisioning and vendor onboarding.
• Addresses backorders to determine root cause, customer impact, and recovery actions; expedites with domestic and international suppliers as needed.
• Ensures supplier compliance with company policy; leads post-production and end-of-life supply planning and RFQ processes.
• Performs miscellaneous inventory-related transactions including stock adjustments, credits, returns and invoices.
