Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst 1 in Charlotte, NC. You will help manage plasma shipments, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and support supplier performance through reviews and data analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in a supply chain setting, with strong analytical and Excel skills. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, along with adaptability in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supply chain role, highly preferred.
• Experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries, desirable.
• Must have sound mathematical and analytical skills.
• Require excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible, adaptable to change, and willing to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of incoming and outgoing plasma shipments, as well as sample shipments for plasma testing.
• Maintain quality of approved suppliers through the Supplier Review process, by discussing defective or unacceptable goods and communicating issues.
• Assist in analyzing supply consumption, costs, quality, and other information to support reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate transportation scheduling for inbound and outbound shipments and maintain shipment documentation.
• Assist with month-end reporting, Sales and Operations Planning, and forecasting reports.
• Resolve supplier and logistics issues with internal teams and external partners.
