• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, economics or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in MBA, data science or related field.
• 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field required.
• Leadership and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects and mentor junior analysts.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist OpEx team in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
• Provide training to ensure proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Construct forecasts and strategic/tactical plans from data.
• Develop datasets and reports for analysis using reporting tools.
