Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a hands-on supply chain planning specialist to support end-to-end supply planning and product availability for consumer electronics programs. You will balance supply and demand across portfolios, execute purchase orders, monitor shipments, and manage daily allocations to keep targets in check.

Qualifications

• Direct supply chain planning experience with hands-on PO execution and shipment tracking.
• Ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with large datasets and pivots.
• Familiarity with ERP planning, order management, and fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance supply against demand across programs; update daily allocations.
• Execute weekly PO releases and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Support ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturers.
• Review inbound freight, track shipments end-to-end, resolve discrepancies.
• Upload allocation data and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on schedule.
• Prepare data for cross-functional S&OP processes.
• Create and maintain inventory plans across regional DCs.
• Build dashboards and ad hoc reports; monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Identify supply issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with supply planners, freight, procurement, CE, and contract manufacturers.
