Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (4-year degree preferred) and about 7 years of applicable experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential. This is an on-site position with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• 7 years of applicable experience or more.
• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles required.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and approve purchase orders for inventoried items.
• Resolve shortages to maintain supply continuity.
• Communicate and coordinate requirements with customers and suppliers.
• Explain needs, deadlines, and impact to schedule; propose alternatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers/suppliers.
• Expedite, prioritize, and plan for the unit's needs.
• Identify and resolve errors in orders and data.
• Provide department-specific quoting.
• Manage invoices and resolve pricing/discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
