Job summary

Onealmfgservices is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to review and analyze the movement of materials and processes to support efficient supply chain operations. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Materials teams to meet customer service needs and production demands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in supply chain management, business, industrial distribution, or related field, preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Must speak conversational English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize order needs and requirements including: entering purchase orders and order releases, filling out trucks, entering pricing, and other administrative functions as required.
Partner with team members to identify and evaluate changing needs and modify orders as necessary (expedite orders, update pricing, etc.).
Continually seek to drive the overall supply chain spend down in the major categories of raw material and direct purchased components.
Coordinate with each of the plants to support their individual supply chain and inventory performance goals.
