Charles Austin Holdings in Chicago seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize procurement workflows, maintain inventory data, and improve tools with AI. You’ll own vendor relations, production planning, and a ladder of milestones with direct reporting to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities include daily replenishment, PO management, data accuracy, and on-floor verification. Strong Excel and AI-tool experience is essential; candidate must handle warehouse conditions and lifts up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• High accuracy with item codes, units, weights and dates.
• Clear written English; Spanish or Chinese a plus; multilingual on the floor.
• Willingness to work on a warehouse floor and in refrigerated environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• 0–2 years in supply chain, procurement, operations or analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Replenishment: run daily ordering, refresh data, review stock, prepare vendor orders.
• Purchase Order Management: track POs from placement to receipt and report ETA.
• Inventory and Production Data: maintain inventory records and production inputs.
• Analysis and Reporting: monitor days-of-supply and margins; summarize market pricing.
• Product Verification: inspect shipments and ensure specs match (size, grade, brand, code).
• Vendor Quality Resolution: own post-delivery fixes, credits or replacements.
• Process Improvement: enhance Excel tools with AI; write SOPs for owned processes.
