Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, structured tables, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to build or automate work.
• Attention to detail with item codes (SKU'S), units of measure, weights, and dates.
• Clear written English; multilingual on the floor (Spanish or Chinese a plus).
• Willingness to work in refrigerated environments and on an active warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily replenishment: refresh inventory, sales, and ERP data each morning, review items below safety stock levels, and prepare vendor orders for approval.
• Enter and track purchase orders from placement through receipt; publish weekly inbound reports for warehouse and production teams; follow up with vendors and carriers on ETAs.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory records and production planning inputs; perform physical count reconciliations and manage item/vendor catalog with precise codes.
• Monitor days-of-supply and review margins against targets; summarize weekly market pricing (USDA and Urner Barry) to support purchasing decisions.
• Spend regular time on warehouse and production floor to verify products meet specifications (size, grade, brand, item code).
• Own vendor quality resolution; document issues same day and pursue credits or replacements through to resolution.
• Improve Excel-based tools using AI and write SOPs for owned processes.
