Harvey Nash Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Demand planning) in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on developing rolling 12- to 24-week forecasts in collaboration with the sales team and managing CPFR initiatives.

Fully onsite, the position expects 6 months of contract work with cross-functional collaboration across executives and teams. The analyst will own demand forecasts, validate replenishment, and drive inventory risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, forecasting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional resources in a matrix organization.

Summary

We’re in search of an Supply Chain Analyst (Demand planning) to develop and maintain rolling 12-week to 24-week forecasts in collaboration with the sales team. Analyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, and discrepancies between actual performance and forecasted results. The primary responsibility is Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst (Demand planning)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully onsite)

Duration: 6 Month contract

Status: (Onsite)

Schedule: Fully onsite (Will be moving to Sandy Springs, GA 30328)

Role & Responsibilities

• Own Account Level Demand Forecasts for a specific Customer Account or DA Sales Channel
• Ensure Financial Forecast achievement by Account by validating Orders and Replenishment
• Provide early warning and mitigation strategies for SEA and Channel Inventory risks
• Guide teams to mitigate internal and customer supply chain and financial risks
• Execute Supply Chain Projects and Initiatives on behalf of the Supply Chain Team
• Optimize DA Inventory across Customer Account DC Locations and for DTC, to maximize sales while minimizing inventory risks and costs utilizing KPI and Real-Time orders and forecasts including Channel Sell-Out
• Achieve Financial Forecast Targets by managing Inventory Fulfillment and Delivery for Revenue Recognition
• Supply Chain Lead for DA Account or Channel and liaison with External and Internal Stakeholders for initiatives, exception management, and to mitigate risks

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Innovation
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
• Experience working with cross functional resources in a matrix organization
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization including weekly Executive level engagement across multiple functions and teams
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forecast Management experience critical with strong background in Supply Chain
• Fortune 500 or Global experience in a Hardware Company (e.g. Consumer Electronics, not software or services)
• Will be based in Dallas, Texas to support Digital Appliance Accounts and Channels
• Strong communications skills (power point, business case justification, P&L Analysis) to drive collaboration with Strategic Customers and Partners
• Must be comfortable with a weekly/daily Forecast rhythm, not monthly like many industries

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $32 to $35/hour
