Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, forecasting, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional resources in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own account level demand forecasts for a specific customer or channel.
• Validate orders and replenishment to ensure forecast achievement.
• Provide early warning and mitigation strategies for inventory risks.
• Guide teams to mitigate supply chain and financial risks.
• Execute supply chain projects and initiatives for the team.
• Optimize inventory across DA accounts and channels to maximize sales while minimizing risks and costs.
• Manage inventory fulfillment and delivery for revenue recognition.
• Liaise with stakeholders for initiatives and exception management.
