Job Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting supply chain & logistics operations with actionable business intelligence and process automation. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for performing ad hoc analysis, creating reports, maintaining databases, and designing and implementing process efficiencies through automation. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate business intelligence and efficient processes.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights for decision-making. Prepare and present reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis.
- Maintain and manage supply chain databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Regularly update and clean data to support analysis and reporting efforts.
- Design and implement process automation solutions to streamline supply chain and logistics operations, reducing manual workload and improving efficiency.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain. Evaluate historical spend, vendor performance, transportation costs, and logistics efficiencies to recommend improvements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support supply chain and logistics teams in decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting specific operational challenges.
- Work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Development, Digital Solutions, Finance, Operations, and other departments to ensure accurate business intelligence and effective process improvements. Act as a liaison between different teams to optimize supply chain operations.
- Track and monitor supply chain KPIs, including lead times, time to award (PR to PO), order accuracy, fill rates, and cost per unit. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation of supply chain processes, procedures, and automation workflows to ensure consistency, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement projects by implementing new tools or technologies to increase operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with supply chain analysis, business intelligence reporting, and process automation.
- Experience with process automation using tools such as Python, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), or MS Office macros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. procurement, business development, finance).
- Able to successfully pass any employment background check and/drug test as required.
