Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team at Mölnlycke.

In this role, you will leverage data, analytics, and digital solutions to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision‑making across the Supply Chain organization. You will play a key role in improving procurement performance, inventory optimization, service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position will primarily focus on Level procurement, with Rosemount Tank Radar as the main area of responsibility. You will support procurement and inventory processes, monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with buyers across multiple sites to resolve system or setup‑related issues.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support Level procurement activities with a primary focus on RTR, ensuring effective procurement and inventory management processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to buyers across global sites when procurement setup or process issues arise.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support business decision‑making.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report key supply chain performance metrics, including: Service Level and On‑Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover and Procurement Performance
  • Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis of procurement and supply chain data.
  • Recommend and drive fact‑based actions and improvement initiatives based on business impact and operational priorities.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects within Supply Chain and in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data‑driven recommendations to support management and business stakeholders.
  • Drive inventory optimization activities through ABC classification reviews, safety stock analysis, and other inventory improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Global and European Supply Chain Analysts to leverage best practices, avoid duplication of efforts, and scale successful initiatives across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, business analytics, reporting, automation, or a related area.- a minimum os 2-5 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working with data visualization, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
  • A structured and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
  • Swedish proficiency will be a plus
  • Experience with supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, or procurement process improvement.
  • Exposure to automation, digitalization, AI‑driven solutions, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience participating in global or cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
