Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to analyze costs in inventory, transport, and operations, identify process gaps, and drive efficiency improvements.

• Analyze costs in the domains inventory, transport, and operational processes while optimizing processes and reducing costs.
• Run reports to identify process gaps and areas for improvement to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and cost initiatives.
• Support transportation counterparts in implementing opportunities to reduce freight costs.
• Ensure products are coded and classified correctly and accurately.
• Support the regional supply chain departments, set-up and implementation of new branches, and business development in calculations for new and/or existing customers and projects.
• Coordinate with other business units to streamline logistics processes and identify/track premium freight costs, assisting with recovery of charges as needed.
• Actively support and serve as a role model for company mission and core values.

Qualifications:

• Master's or minimum Bachelor’s degree or equal experience required.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a supply chain coordination function is required, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex information and apply to practical situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proven track record of building and maintaining relationships while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and performing quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
• PC proficiency required, including MS Office. Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package is required. Knowledge of other industry-specific or custom software is a plus.
