ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Product Control Engineer 1 (Supply Chain) to join our Austin, TX team. The role focuses on material planning, BOM integrity, and coordinating prototype sample delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

The candidate will collaborate with product engineering and supply chain to resolve shortages, optimize scheduling, and drive efficiency through process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with material planning and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with local and overseas teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Background in prototyping electronic components or familiarity with semiconductors and supply chain processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing specifications and BOM throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples for new product implementation and sustaining products.
• Collaborate with product engineering and supply chain to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions.
• Establish sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity on small to medium scales.

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PRODUCT CONTROL ENGINEER 1 (SUPPLY CHAIN) to join their dynamic team. What's the Job?
